Breaking a bad habit

    Recognizing all the physical,emotional,and spiritual things that are decaying my body, I decided to focus on 1 bad habit for 3 weeks. 

     Studies show it only takes 3 weeks to break a bad habit. So every single morning, filling up my body with nutrients is a definite must.  

     Weather it is two boiled eggs, a slice of toast, or a smoothie, I will no longer skip breakfast.
