The Basic Wrap Around
This way of wearing a scarf works with all types, whether it's made of light chiffon or thick, chunky yarn. Hold your scarf in front of you and place it around your neck so the tails are hanging over your shoulders and down your back. Reach behind you and wrap the left tail over your right shoulder so it's now hanging down your front. Repeat with the right tail wrapped over your left shoulder. Look in the mirror and pull down the part of the scarf wrapped around your neck. Leave it snug for warmth, or make it loose for a more casual accent. Fluff it up if you want or tie the tails in a loose knot, if they're too long.

Square Scarf Wrap Around

Square scarves have made a big appearance on the streets of the most stylish cities. They usually come in a plaid or animal print and have fringe on the sides. Fold the square in half so it looks like a triangle. Wrap it around your neck from front to back so the apex of the triangle is pointing down and against your chest. It's kind of like wrapping a bib around your neck, but way more stylish than the plastic ones at your local lobster shack. The tails will be hanging at the back; wrap the left one around your right shoulder and the right one around your left shoulder so both tails are in the front.

Loop It

One of the chicest ways to wear your scarf in colder weather is to make a loop around your neck and pull the tails through. The scarf stays close to your neck and provides extra warmth. The ends can be left out or tucked into a coat or jacket. Fold your scarf in half so there is a loop at one end. Wrap the looped scarf around your neck from back to front. One side will be the loop, the other will be your tails. Put the tails through the loop and pull gently until the scarf is snug.

Skinny Scarves

Sometimes the simplest way to wear a scarf is all you need. Long skinny scarves are a great accent to a basic, solid top in a dark or neutral color. Because the skinny scarf is a color accent and not for warmth, all you need to do is wrap it around your neck from back to front and let the tails hang loose at the sides. Put on a chic little jacket and you're all set.

Love

   Love is such a strong  emotion to feel. It mutates into this uncontrollable monster, if not trained probably. You see, most  people simply let it take it's course, but Love is a subject that should be well studied and manifested.
 
   Weather it is from a successful 25 year marriage or from relationship scholars across the globe, one must learn the core meaning of love. The emotional, physical,or spiritual aspect of  it should not be abused, but replenished.

    The only way our significant others can only love us the way we love them is if we take time to:

 Educate, Nourish, and Invest in ourselves.

    Love should not be a job, but a passion that we want to fulfill. That passion can not be full if we are half empty. Truly take time to find out, "Who is that person in the mirror?"

MY NOSE IS STUFFY


          The best way to get rid of a stuffy nose is using what I call The Pinch & Nod Method. Russian researchers have found if you breath in less air at once, your will immediately nose to want more air, so it'll unclog. As you breath in normally pitch your nose and close your mouth, hold the air in and nod your head up and down for 30 seconds. Next release your noise, slowly exhaling as much as possible, then inhale very slowly. Exhale and inhale slowly for 1-2 minutes. Focus on breathing. This will allow less bacteria to enter the nose and lessen the protective inflammation reaction. If this reoccurs at night, practice breathing through the nose at a steady pace without exhaling through the mouth. As a sign your ears will begin to "pop" and your nose will begin to "breath" again.

Breaking a bad habit

    Recognizing all the physical,emotional,and spiritual things that are decaying my body, I decided to focus on 1 bad habit for 3 weeks. 

     Studies show it only takes 3 weeks to break a bad habit. So every single morning, filling up my body with nutrients is a definite must.  

     Weather it is two boiled eggs, a slice of toast, or a smoothie, I will no longer skip breakfast.

Sassy Water - Promotes a Flat Belly

This great recipe will help you to get a flat belly.

Recipe:
2 liters water
1 medium cucumber
1 lemon
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
10 spearmint leaves

Directions:
In 2 liters water add 1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced, 1 lemon, thinly sliced, 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger and around 10 spearmint leaves. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight and in the morning you'll have a cold and really refreshing drink that has been shown to promote and maintain a flat belly.

Planning Your Life

    A man with out a plan is a man with out vision. How can we see ourselves somewhere in 20 years if we don't have any plan to get there? It is like having a car, but without the keys to drive it, our car stays exactly where we parked it. People need to set a strong foundation to build that house of success they've always wanted. The implementation of planning is exactly what we need to strengthen that foundation.


    So today take out time to plan your dreams and goals. Implement actions towards your goals daily. Check off your accomplished agenda for the day. 6 months from today, open that planner. You'll realize, it's a journal of your life's journey to pure success.

Meditate, Relax & Manifest

    Meditation is that feeling we get when our mind is open, relaxation is that feeling we get when our body is right, and manifestation is when our mind and body becomes one. All of this sounds simple, but some people invest years of practice to get it right.

    In the US alone, 15.8 million people use yoga as part of their mediation routine. Now if all these people were successful at mediating, we would wake up to Utopia everyday. Yet that is not the case. Burdened with school,work,family,restless nights makes it hard to have a clear mind for minutes, none the less, an hour of peace and quiet.

    Being on my Selflove Journey, I've been practicing a way to relax and let God lead they way. The only way I could let this happen is if  I stop speaking and start listening to him. Yet, it wasn't as easy as it sounds, I had to literally stop thinking & start breathing.From mediation music to complete silence, I've tried it all.

    Well at least, I thought I did. Until a new program came along called Omharmonics. One of the best programs I've ever use. The vibrations waves it creates in my mind is phenomenal. Since I've been using Omharmonics, my motivation has increase, my confidence has sky rocked, and my new found love for peace is showing more and more in my daily interactions with my friends and family.

Self Love

   Love is a powerful tool to improve one self. We use it to pull in our prey. We use it to be our preys predator. Yet, we forget to use it to appreciate and nourish ourselves. The human population is unique of it's kind. As beings, we are able to recreate ourselves, nearly evolve into a new character in this movie called Life.
    
    Why is that?

     Because our mere purpose in life is to love. Yep, "Love". The value of this word is so precious it creates a life of it's own. Breathing air into anything it can put its hands on. In order to attract the love we want, we must be attracted to ourselves.


     There is absolutely nothing to loose, but bad habits,self-doubt, and fear. Once we know exactly who we are and what we want, we'll know what type of people we want in our lives. 

     As An Irish poet and writer, Oscar Wilde points out , "To love oneself is the beginning of a life-long romance ".


    It is never too late or to early to start our self love journey. All we have to do is gain back control of what we were born with, our mind, body,and spirit.


Self Love, a purpose that must be fulfilled and can be accomplished.
