In West Virgina, two hundred forties documented sterilization performed by doctors were given to young boys and girls in between the 1920s and 1950s to stop them from developing eggs or or semion, so they won't develop babies. Doctors labeled these patience criminals. Victims that were automatically labeled were penalize for uncontrollable circumstances, such as rape, mental illnesses, and/or mental disorders. Till this day not one victim has been compensated.
Even famed scholars were labled with a mental defence.
Some say they are waiting for that generation to die, so they won't be financially consoled for the governments cruel behavior.
It seems as though the government is insecure about their position in office, so they try to prevent a revolution in the mass at hand.
A person that is accused of being a criminal likely has experienced numerous failures in life - in school, at work, in his family, and in other relationships. Samenow Ph.D) That says a great deal of the government's subconscious as a whole.But isn't ceasing someones right to creating another human being without their consent is just as incriminating as murder?
Subconcious memory becomes conscious memory becomes character. Similar to a computer ,we need to master three processes involved in the memory.Enocding is the first; we use to transform information so that it can be stores. (Pychologly 101, Chapter 6) Basically in a computer it means transferring data into 1's and 0's, but for us it means transforming the data into a meaningful form such as an association with image, sound, or memory that are already there.
Next, is storage. Storage is basically a physoclogical change that must occur in order for memory to be held. It is similar to a computer that must physically write the 1's and 0's onto a hard drive. The last process, but definitely not the least process is called retrieval,which is bringing the memory out of storage and reversing the process of encoding. (Pychology 101,Chapter 6)
When these three processes function promptly and accurately, the mind exhibits the mere purpose of a human being which is revealing their character traits. A human character defines their destiny in life, which exalts a passage of their choice.
Their choice, which is their individual rights may be altered or define through the greater good because the greater good represents all individuals.
When an individual does a crime, the committed crime may be so inhumane that the government felt there is no other choice, but to inject them with such powerful chemical venom.
In a domesticate living one must lead and one must follow. There can not be a tribe without a chief. U.S. has over 314,731,920 as of Thursday, November 8,2012.( U.S. & World Population Clocks). There is no way in history a country can be ran without a government. The thing I don't agree with is when the government feel the need to control instead of lead. A leader is suppose to set an example,provide information,and encourage choices.
Following the trend of several other countries, America has taken the route of preventing the assumed weak from entering the world. Being that a government is also a corporation their business mind set is objective similar to the conscious of a CEO or a Executive Director.
A person that is more logical tend to feed more to numbers and statistics than to morals and religious beliefs. Comparing the brain to computer is a perfect way to show that the government eliminate,prevent,or perform acts on individuals that are acting according to the proven accurate brain function. This is the only way they can continue their business successfully.
These people usually have an IQ of 70 and has difficulty learning. but I do not think it is because they have criminal minds but instead they needed more nurturing more love and affection.
Aristotle said, " “No great mind has ever existed without a touch of madness." True happiness comes from gaining insight and growing into your best possible self. But all in all most criminals without this deficiency have criminal minds. Often times parents debate if they are giving their children the proper care .
People are so unhappy with their lives because they continue to confuse pleasure with happiness. The government is pleasure with the unhappiness of individuals that are not allowed to live their life accordingly.

In conclusion, someone that is a criminal, have a low IQ, or just have a mental disorder should not be prohibited from producing children. Having children is a part of life. Who are we to stop them from creating it?
